The service spectrum of IRAMAIA Messe Service GmbH has been extended through enquiries by Brazilian customers. IMS now offers, with the emphasis on Düsseldorf, a broad range of services for visitors and exhibitors at German trade fairs:

• Booking overnight stays in apartments or private rooms, and in hotels
• Ordering transfers between the hotels and the exhibition grounds
• Advance organisation of contacts and customer appointments for the fair period
• Fair stand construction and event organisation
• Ordering catering service and entertainment as well as stand support by technical service. Selection of fair hostesses and other personnel
• Organisation of press conferences
• Marketing service
